LED downlight installation
Halogens cook roofs and run up the bill. IC-rated LED downlights do not. They are replaced room by room or as a whole-house swap, with even spacing and a matching colour temperature. 3000K in living areas is what most Oran Park interiors actually want, not a cold office white.

Ceiling fan wiring and install
Hunter Pacific and Martec are the two fitted most. A fan needs a fan-rated brace in the ceiling, not a light batten and hope. The roof space is opened, the timber checked, and a wall controller wired if you do not want another remote to lose. Summer in 2570 makes this a sensible job, not a luxury.
Replacing old lighting
Fluoro battens in garages, failing transformers, yellowed flood lights: swapped for LED with the wiring tidied behind. If the circuit is a mess, you will be told. Sometimes the honest next step is a switchboard upgrade rather than another fitting on a tired circuit.
Cost guide
